Local field note
Sumiton sits on U.S. Highway 78 in the eastern half of Walker County, and it grew up as a working town with housing that has been added to piece by piece over decades. That history is what makes pest work here specific. Older Sumiton homes tend to have crawl spaces, pier foundations and add-on rooms where the exterior line no longer matches the original walls, and every one of those joins is an entry point for mice and rats. Roof returns and soffit gaps feed squirrel problems in the mature oaks around town. Below ground, the same heavy clay soil across Walker County holds moisture well, which is exactly the condition subterranean termites work in. None of this is dramatic, it is just what a humid Alabama town with older housing stock does, and it is why a generic spray on a schedule is not the same service as someone who knows what they are looking at.
What we handle
Rats and mice, squirrels, roaches, ants and carpenter ants, spiders, fleas, wasps, bed bugs, termites and mosquitoes. We handle rodent removal and exclusion for mice, rats and squirrels. We do not offer wildlife removal for raccoon, opossum or bats, and we will tell you that plainly rather than sell you a service we do not do.
Clear pricing
Healthy Home is $39 per month with a $125 initial fee on a 12 month contract and includes an inside guarantee, so if pests come back between visits we come back and retreat at no charge.
